We cannot add items to orders that have already been placed!

Due to the influx of orders, we have slowed down on answering phone calls, emails and other forms of communication so we may focus on Services, Ammunition, & other Products. This means working on Accurizing, ordering & securing supplies, manufacturing ammunition, securing other products we sell in the shop. This also includes boxing of ammunition, inputting orders into our system, pulling orders and getting them ready to ship.

When your complete order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via our website as well as UPS, FedEx or USPS.

With the delay of getting our supplies delivered to us please consider ALL of our products as PRE-ORDER.

You the customer are responsible for knowing the ever-changing gun laws for your State, County & Town.

Ammunition: NO AMMUNITION SALES TO ALASKA, HAWAII, MASSACHUSETTS or WASHINGTON D.C.

• California & New York: ALL ammunition MUST ship to an FFL for both civilians as well as law enforcement. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. It is your responsibility to make sure the FFL you have chosen to ship to will accept the shipment. You are also REQUIRED to give us a SIGNED copy of the FFL that is to receive your order. If you didn’t attach it when placing your order please do so by submitting it HERE. If it is not received within 48 hours your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a 4% credit card processing fee.

• Cook County- ALL ammunition MUST ship to an FFL for both civilians as well as law enforcement. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Order Status Terms

• Awaiting Processing: Elite Ammunition has received your order
• Processing: Your order is be pulled within the week and will be shipping within 7-10 Business Days
• Shipped: I have created the shipping label and will be shipping within 3-5 Business Days. You will receive the tracking number UPS, FEDEX OR THE UNITED STATE POSTAL SERVICE. FREE SHIPPING (USPS). You will also receive an email from Elite Ammunition as well.
• Will Not Deliver: Your order has either been cancelled by you or if the required paperwork or id's for Illinois, California or New York have not been received within 48 hours of placing your order
• Returned: If your order is returned for any reason Elite Ammunition will be refunded minus the shipping cost and 4% credit card processing fee.

Payment Status Terms

• Paid: Is self explanatory
• Cancelled: When either the customer cancels their order or if the shipment has been returned

At this time, I am absolutely swamped being a mom, teacher and business owner so orders that do not have the proper paperwork listed above or an order has been returned to Elite Ammunition will not receive an email before cancelling and refunded these orders.
