California Residents

If you live in the State of California we cannot ship ammunition directly to you. It MUST be shipped to a FFL. You MUST provide a copy of the FFL that Elite Ammunition is shipping to.

Illinois Residents

You MUST provide a copy of your F.O.I.D. Card and State/Driver’s Licenses.

If you live in Cook County, Illinois we cannot ship ammunition directly to you. It MUST be shipped to a FFL. You MUST provide a copy of the FFL that Elite Ammunition is shipping to.

New York Residents

If you live in the State of New York we cannot ship ammunition directly to you. It MUST be shipped to a FFL. You MUST provide a copy of the FFL that Elite Ammunition is shipping to.

Alaska, Hawaii,Massachusetts and Washington D.C.. These orders will be cancelled and refunded minus a 4% Processing Fee within 48 hours.

Shipping Information:

If an order is returned by FedEx, UPS or Post Office as undelivered the order will be cancelled and refunded minus the shipping charge and a 10% fee. The 10% fee is 4% Credit Card Processing Fee and 6% is a Restocking Fee.

So make sure when you place an order that it can be delivered to someone who can sign for it.

FEDEX

FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times. After the third attempt, they call you to come pick it up. If they don’t have a number on file, they will send it back to the shipper (Elite Ammunition).

UPS

UPS makes up to three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. The third and final delivery attempt has been made, and the driver was unable to leave your package. UPS will hold your shipment for five business days at the nearest UPS center. If the shipment is not picked up within five business days, it will be returned to the sender (Elite Ammunition).

United States Post Office

Elite Ammunition cannot file a claim before 7 days after the expected delivery date. Claims can only be filed up to 60 days after the expected delivery date.
